Smoked Paprika Aioli

A great way to spice up a dull sandwich or wrap! Also great as a dip for roasted cauliflower or fried zucchini. Source:
Prep Time 10 minutes
Servings 4 one tablespoon servings


  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 t smoked paprika
  • 1/2 T lime juice
  • 1 T extra virgin olive oil


  • Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl and whisk together.
  • Slowly whisk in olive oil until incorporated. Serve with favorite sandwich or wrap.
