Denise’s Corn Pudding
Denise's corn pudding recipe is from my wonderful Daughter. She's fixed it a number of times and it's always been delicious. Try It!
Note: You can change the number of people served by placing your cursor over "Servings". The Ingredients will adjust to the new number of servings.
Servings 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups of corn creamed
- 1 cup frozen sweet corn thawed
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup onion minced
Topping
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/4 pound butter melted
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine the first 6 ingredients, mixing well and put into a greased casserole dish.
- For the topping, mix the butter and cracker crumbs till well blended and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until the crackers are crispy and golden brown.
