Denise’s Corn Pudding

Denise's corn pudding recipe is from my wonderful Daughter. She's fixed it a number of times and it's always been delicious. Try It!
Note: You can change the number of people served by placing your cursor over "Servings". The Ingredients will adjust to the new number of servings.

Servings 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of corn creamed
  • 1 cup frozen sweet corn thawed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup onion minced

Topping

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1/4 pound butter melted
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine the first 6 ingredients, mixing well and put into a greased casserole dish.
  • For the topping, mix the butter and cracker crumbs till well blended and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour or until the crackers are crispy and golden brown.
